NB Gurung
NB Gurung has been painting for the last 25 years.He has held 5 times solo painting exhibitions, numerous art exhibitions and workshops in Nepal and abroad.
He has received ‘Regional Art Talent Award’ from the government of Nepal.Likewise he has received ‘Province Special Award’ from Nepal Academy of Fine Arts(NAFA),’Young Creative Art Award’ ,Second prize from North East Watercolor society's Annual Exhibition from USA ,’Hemganga Youth Talent Award’ among others including dozens of awards and felicitation from National and International arenas.
He has visited numerous countries like,Czech Republic, Slovenia,South Korea,Japan,China ,Indonesia,Bangladesh and India for art Exhibition,Workshop and Demonstration along with conducting art workshop.
Currently he is the President of International Watercolor Society of Nepal ( IWS-Nepal) .
